Oksan Bayulgen
Welcome!
Hi, I am the department head and professor of the Political Science Department at the University of Connecticut. I study and teach energy and environmental politics, democratization and development. I am a comparative political scientist and my geographical areas of interest are the Post-Soviet and Middle East regions. I love gardening, cooking, traveling, and spending time with my family and friends.
